After months of research into the dating service industry, she saw the gap. Busy, exceptional men — surgeons, CEOs, attorneys, entrepreneurs — were underserved by every option available to them. The services were built for people with time to browse. These men didn’t have time. They had standards, ambition, and an absolutely packed calendar that left no room for the work of finding the right person.

A FOX News Phoenix society reporter met Roseann at a charity fundraiser for Save Our Kids. When she asked what Roseann did, Roseann told her — with the same energy she has always had about this: a new kind of matchmaking, modeled after executive headhunting, called Romance Headhunting™. Her job was attending the best events in Phoenix and Scottsdale on the lookout for the most eligible singles for her private clientele.
The reporter had already heard about it. A doctor at the Village Health Club had told her about this unusual new service. She looked at Roseann and said: “I’d like to do a story.” That was Roseann’s first television interview. The quote she got — about roaming Mars and Venus — became the headline. Three hundred television, radio, and print features followed. She was barely off the ground.
